This is a fixed-term contract position of minimum 2 years with the possibility of renewal based on organizational needs and individual performance. Responsibilities: Drive the implementation of the ITD Contracts Management System and related system enhancements; Manage vendor and contract analysis, recommend sourcing strategies, and oversee supplier management; Coordinate with Procurement Department to monitor the annual procurement plan's milestones and progress; Control and govern the IT contract management process by establishing procedures and defining roles and responsibilities; Act as liaison with Procurement, Legal, Insurance, and Finance departments for process-related matters; Establish a contract management dashboard for the IT department to monitor contract expiry and renewal statuses; Lead contractor performance appraisals to manage IT suppliers and contractors' performance.
