Responsibilities

Manage and monitor the Bank’s investment portfolio, prepare investment plans and budgets, and handle related hedges and documentation.
Assist in repo trade management, market updates, daily operations, and administrative tasks.
Assist in issuing certificates of deposits, updating the CDs program, and liaising with CDs dealers.
Prepare ALCO and MIS presentations, hedge relationships & hedge documentation, and related reports.
Maintain the investment portfolio database.
Handle ESG Assessment checklists for credit applications.
Assist with credit facilities applications, provide market information and portfolio P&L, and collect financial statements for credit review.
Implement green bonds and assist in reporting according to green and sustainable financing guidelines.
Perform ad hoc projects and UAT activities as needed.

Requirements

University graduate or above.
Understanding of relevant policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Good communication skills.
Proficiency in English and Mandarin.
System knowledge: Bloomberg, Summit & Markit.
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Dashboard, and Power Point.
