Responsibilities: Handle all charge back requests raised by card holders (incl.

Retail and Corporate).

Study charge back case details; determine the correct reason code to perform the charge back.

Monitor incoming charge back, re-presentment of charge back case; liaise with internal team for necessary supporting document and follow up with card association (VISA) offline or online of dispute portal until closure of case.

Ensure all deadline set by charge back guideline are adhered strictly.

Communicate with customer via email, phone call, and letters so as to follow up with customer regarding supporting documents, dispute outcome and status.

Handle customer’s enquiry, feedbacks and complaints regarding the dispute cases or other correspondences.

Strictly follow the standard operational procedures and compliance with HKMA regulatory requirements or charge back guideline governed by card associations (VISA).

Provide timely and accurate management information as required Assist to update Card Dispute Handling related procedures.

Assist in conducting UAT on system and other ad hoc projects Requirements: Diploma holder in related field; At least 2 years in banking sector with more than one year experience of chargeback processing.

Preferred experience in Corporate Card sector.

Knowledge of VISA Card association compliance requirement.

Good command of both written and spoken in English and Chinese, Putonghua proficiency is an advantage Strong analytical skills and PC Knowledge
