We develop strategic lifestyle programming & experiences focusing on Member’ passion points at the Clubhouses and Racecourse to emotionally engage members with the Club & each other. Engage Members through sophisticated marketing communications content and channels to promote our Membership Value Proposition and a full range of differentiated lifestyle programs. The Job Scope You will: • Support the development and implementation of the 360 Member Experience Blueprint, driving the unique positioning and digital value propositions for the next generation of Members.• Assist in embedding customer journey thinking across Membership operations, Member segments, marketing & communications by utilizing customer and journey analytics.• Collaborate with stakeholders and other business functions to contribute to the Membership Digital Roadmap, ensuring a well-defined approach and go-to-market plan for delivering exceptional end-to-end Member experiences.• Work to gauge customer expectations and strategize with IT, WSS, Hospitality, PMO, and business partners to develop a digital roadmap in the fast-evolving digital world.• Assist in liaising with stakeholders to ensure timely and seamless implementation of front-end digital development projects. About You You should have: • A university degree in Business, Marketing, Information System or related disciplines.• 3-4 years of experience in customer experience design, digital projects, or product management in a sizable organization or consultancy.• Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Kanban, Scrum, and tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Slack.• Strong interpersonal and communication skills in both English and Chinese.
