Job Duties Liaise with internal departments to organize, implement, and review the business continuity plans Coordinate Business Impact Analysis, Business Continuity Program review, review call tress, test cases and performance of business drills Develop and review policies and guidelines on Business Continuity Planning Review and update operational risk framework, reporting and related policies and procedure Prepare statutory and management reporting Job Requirements Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management, Banking & Finance or related disciplines4 years of experience in bank-wide operations and/or operational risk management from the banking industry BCM qualification or Certification in business continuity is preferred Sounds knowledge in HKMA regulatory requirements Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skill Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, proficiency in Mandarin is a plus
