You are required to report to Manager and provide professional advice to the clients in the aspect of property management of the Firm's managed buildings.
Responsibilities: Administer a property portfolio of commercial, residential, industrial buildings and/or serviced apartments Work closely with the building-in-charge to ensure the quality of service delivered to our clients and tenants Act as the company's representative to deal with the enquiries of the clients and tenants Requirements: Diploma in real estate, building management or related discipline6 year's relevant experience in sizable property management company Holding a valid PMP Tier 1 license is highly preferred Knowledge of Building Management Ordinance, Landlord & Tenant (Consolidation) (Amendment) Ordinance, DMC and related ordinances Excellent client relationship management Initiative and able to work independently Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese Valid Hong Kong Estate Agents License will be a definite advantage Candidate with more experience will be considered as Property Manager We offer 5-day work week, attractive remuneration packages and good career prospects for the right applicant.
