ResponsibilitiesProvide support to relationship managers in client relationship management, including account opening, processing client transaction orders and post-sales follow-up, and back-office support.Deliver high quality customer services to high-net-worth clients.In liaison with private banks, securities firms, insurance brokers and other institutions to establish cooperation and identify investment products.Handle incoming calls and respond to client enquiries on behalf of the Relationship Manager as required.Visit clients as required, follow up with clients on trade instructions and filing of paperwork to develop relationships with clients.Assist the Relationship Manager with client portfolio analysis and regular review of investment management reports.RequirementsCollege degree or above, must have SFC 4,9 licensed representative qualification.At least 3 years’ experience in banking and customer service (Experience in handling customer transaction orders is a must).Experienced in private banking or EAM business is definitely an advantage.Familiar with private banking products, insurance and other wealth management products and services.Positive and outgoing personality with good interpersonal and communication skills.High professional integrity and ethics is a must.Good verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese.
