Job Duties: Responsibilities: Analyze the business requirements and ensure alignment with strategic business goals Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and understand business needs Evaluate current business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement to achieve enhanced operational efficiency and effectiveness Validate technical solutions to ensure the business requirements are met and align with best practices Analyze data and metrics to inform decision-making, providing insights into trends and potential impacts of system changes Facilitate smooth transition to new processes, including training and support for end-users Coordinate testing activities to ensure quality standards and address any issues that arise Provide updates on project status, risks, and outcomes with key stakeholders in a transparent and effective manner Requirements: At least 8 years of relevant experience in a reputable financial organization Previous experience as a business analyst or in a similar role Knowledge of CCASS or cash equity market in Hong Kong or overseas markets is preferred Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills Strong verbal and written communication skills, enabling effective interaction with both technical and non-technical stakeholders Strong ability to build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams HKEX is committed as an Equal Opportunity Employer.
