About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join its dynamic Corporate Finance team.

Key Responsibilities: Transaction Advisory: Assist senior executives to provide expert advice to clients on financial advisory, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), capital raising, and other corporate finance activities in compliance with the HKEX Listing Rules.
Deal Execution: Manage transactions from inception to completion, including preparing pitch books, conducting financial analysis and due diligence, and assessing deal viability.
Document Preparation: Draft and review transaction-related documents, including announcements, circulars, and regulatory filings.
Regulatory Liaison: Act as a key point of contact for regulatory bodies, including the HKEX and SFC, as well as other professional parties (lawyers, auditors).
Ad-Hoc Support: Undertake various projects and assignments to support the team's strategic objectives.
Ideal Candidate Profile: Hold a bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance Business Administration or a related field.
Possess 1-2 years of relevant experience in corporate finance or investment banking.
Progress towards a professional qualification (e.g., CFA, HKICPA) is highly advantageous.
Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Cantonese, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
