Requirements Perform customer transaction-related tasks, which include addressing customer inquiries, overseeing loan and deposit activities, managing foreign exchange transactions, facilitating customer onboarding processes, handling changes in bank registrations, and fulfilling KYC responsibilities.
Collaborate with relevant departments to ensure the prompt processing of customer transactions.
Support Relationship Managers (RMs) in nurturing and sustaining positive customer relationships, gathering the necessary information to aid RMs in identifying new business prospects.
Promote the Bank's products and services through cross-selling initiatives, such as increasing deposit amounts and loan spreads.
Streamline operational workflows to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications University Degree in Business or related discipline Minimum 4 years' relevant banking experience preferably in corporate banking sector Knowledge of Corporate Banking products and operations Customer-orientated, strong service mindset and able to understand and capture customer needs A team player with good communication, presentation and interpersonal skills Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese Proficient in PC and MS Office
