Associate - Risk Assurance & Governance - Group Risk Management (Third Party Risk Management) page is loaded Associate - Risk Assurance & Governance - Group Risk Management (Third Party Risk Management) Apply locations HK-ONE ES 24/F time type Full time posted on Posted 30+ Days Ago job requisition id R000995 Location:HKEX - Exchange SquareShift:Standard - 40 Hours (Hong Kong SAR)Scheduled Weekly Hours:40Worker Type:PermanentJob Summary:The role is an excellent opportunity to gain exposure to perform third party risk management activities embedded with Group Enterprise Risk Management department.The role has the exposure to support the continued training and rollout of the TPRM Policy, provide guidance and advice to the 1LOD Business to ensure TPRM Policy is adopted and embedded within 1LoD business, oversee (review and challenge) Third Party Risk related matters including risk exposures and mitigation activities.Job Duties:Responsibilities:Support the implementation of Group Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) Policy and Framework and monitor its compliance in according to risk appetite.Provide advisory services, oversight and challenge to business units about TPRM requirements in accordance with group management principles.Conduct regular/ thematic compliance reviews on 1LoD Business related to risk assessment, due diligence and in-service review to identify possible risks, provide recommendations to address the control weakness and monitor the implementation progress of the remedial action(s).Provides TPRM-related metrics / reporting (KRIs) to senior management and risk committees.Manages HKEX Third Party Management tools and systems.Act as a contact for 1LoD business owners, risk domain SMEs and key stakeholders for TPRM related matters such as user feedback, exceptions, ad-hoc reviews.Support training for staff to promote TPRM standard and requirements if required.Requirements:5+ years’ relevant experience in one or more of the following: supplier management, outsourcing relations and governance and procurementStrong analytical, interpersonal, communication skills (both oral and written) in English and Cantonese.
