Based in Hong Kong, this position will actively engage in assessing a target’s quality of earnings, analysing cash flows, reviewing working capital, identifying key business drivers, reviewing forecasts, and conducting comprehensive discussions with management and their advisors. They routinely team with the firm’s operational, tax, commercial, and information technology professionals to deliver a truly integrated solution to clients.Qualifications and Requirements:With a Bachelor or Master degree in accounting and/or related majorCPA qualification (or CPA candidate) is a mustMinimum of two years of audit experience with one of the Big Four accounting firmsFor Senior Associate candidates, solid financial due diligence experience with one of the Big Four accounting firms is a mustFluent in English is a must. Mandarin and Cantonese are strong plus.
