Data Chapter, organized under GSTAR, is committed to create synergies between the data analytics functions across the bank, establish centres of excellence, shared services, and reusable data assets, as well as enhance career opportunities and the sense of community for data professionals.

Responsibilities Execute contextual marketing campaigns, provide insights, and improve program effectiveness Collaborate with IT SRE team/ platform team and play a pivotal role in maintaining and scaling up campaign use cases in mobile application, increasing the digital engagement Ensure campaign presentment and functionality meet diverse needs of various business units within the banking organization Communicate with Vendor regarding customer engagement solutions and resolve issues associated with their product or service-related concerns Work with data owners on processes to enable and ensure data quality, evangelizing the importance of good data hygiene Monitor business performance on timely manner and prepare relevant MIS to Consumer Banking leadership team with insights and analytical findings to drive DDOM Partner with key stakeholders in Hong Kong and Singapore to optimize data discovery, ETL, storage, enrichment, and usage Streamline and automate internal processes to ensure efficient and effective data generation and analytics.

Drive continuous improvement in the team's output in terms of quality and efficiency Be a subject matter expert in data to support the increasing demands from business and other analytics / data science teams Undertake ad-hoc tasks as assigned, participate in system enhancement UAT, and contribute to assigned projects Requirements University graduate majoring in mathematics, statistics, business analytics, information system, computer science, or other related discipline Minimum 3 years of data analytics experience with strong programming skill in SQL and Python Strong understanding of the Consumer Banking industry and operations with additional expertise in Private Banking highly desirable Basic knowledge of mobile app architecture, user interface design principles and software development technologies.

Basic understanding of working with APIs and JSON is required Knowledge in building dashboards by using Qlik Sense or any equivalent tools would be an advantage.

Strong ability to analyze and interpret business and financial data and have sound presentation skills.

Adept at problem-solving, possess excellent interpersonal skills, and have experience in project management.
