Aurex Group is working with a financial institution that is looking to hire a senior commodity salesperson in Singapore. The client is looking for a hard working, sharp and ambitious person to help grow their commodities business in Asia, particularly China. We are looking for candidates from the energy or petrochemicals spectrum. We are open to relocating someone for this role. Responsibilities: Build and develop new commodity sales platforms and provide solutions for clients to broaden product offerings and risk management capabilities. Work closely with the commodity trading team to find new clients and identify potential hedging/financing requirements. Identify potential customers and means of developing new business to increase commodity-related revenue. Develop targeted multi-channel campaigns to generate new business opportunities in commodity areas. Assist customers in formulating and implementing various strategies. Confirm and execute transactions with clients. Collaborate with other team members on trade ideas and create spreadsheets as required. Key Skills, Experience, and Personal Attributes Required:5+ years of energy sales/trading experience. Experience in client relationship management. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
