Manage stakeholders to keep strong collaboration and amplify the strong partnership proposition Emphasize on performance monitoring: drive the analysis of sales performance for different channels, sales targets, KPI, and other metrics to assess their effectiveness and identify areas for sales uplift Foster strong relationships with channel partners and sales leaders through regular communication and review to address their pain points.
