Responsibilities Serve as subject matter expert in Data Security and the second line of defense in Data Security Risk Management. Establish data security frameworks, develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations and standards. Protect sensitive data according to regulatory requirements and company standards. Prepare risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify potential threats. Conduct data classification and implement measures to mitigate risks. Manage data security incidents, breaches, and compliance violations; design and implement remedial actions. Collaborate with RMD, IT, business units, and stakeholders regionally to ensure policy implementation. Lead training and awareness programs on data security best practices. Skills & Experience Bachelor's degree in Information Security, Risk Management, Computer Science, or related fields. Minimum of 7 years in data-related roles and 5 years in data security or risk management, preferably in banking or financial services. Strong understanding of data security and risk management frameworks. Experience establishing security frameworks and policies. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills. Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CISA, CCIP/A, CIPP/E, CIPM, CIPT preferred. Proficient in Chinese and English; fluency in Putonghua preferred.
