As part of strategic growth, the group is seeking a high-calibre Equity Derivatives & Structured Products professional to join the Product Development & Management team, based in Hong Kong. The key responsibilities for this position are as follows: Manage the full lifecycle of the listed products, focusing on equity derivatives and structured products Lead the preparation and submission of listing applications, including drafting and reviewing term sheets and supporting documentation Monitor post-listing obligations to ensure the listed products remain compliant with exchange rules and regulatory requirements Conduct regular performance reviews of the listed products to assess market reception and ongoing suitability Manage product updates, including adjustments to terms and conditions, and oversee the product program updates Support the development of new products and enhancements by researching market trends and regulatory developments across jurisdictions Assist senior team members in evaluating waiver requests, handling complex product scenarios, and responding to ad-hoc queries Collaborate with internal departments such as legal, compliance, and operations on product launches, system enhancements and process improvements Supervise junior team members in maintaining documentation, preparing reports, and tracking product performance metrics Develop internal and external guidance materials to support compliance and improve transparency for stakeholders Drive process and system enhancement and improvements projects, gathering user requirements, conduct UAT, update user manuals and system documentation Successful applicants will have the following skills and experience: University degree in disciplines related to Accounting, Law, Economics, Finance Minimum 7 years working experience from Investment Banks and / or Securities / Brokerages in functions such as Risk Management, Compliance, Internal Control, Trade Support / Middle Office and / or Legal Good knowledge in financial markets products, equities, securities, structured products, derivatives, ETF etc. Solid knowledge of financial market practices, regulatory frameworks, and operational processes in Hong Kong or other major financial markets Experienced in process and system enhancement, project execution and / or project management Excellent communication skills with Fluency in English, Cantonese and / or Mandarin How to Apply Please click the Apply button to submit your application.
