The HR Lead.

Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates, prepare employment contract and administer the onboarding and mobility process Be the point of contact for hiring managers and candidates, providing timely and professional communication throughout the hiring process Conduct direct sourcing of candidates through various channels, and engage with passive candidates to build a talent pipeline Provide HR support and assistance to employees and managers on various HR-related matters Involve employee engagement initiatives Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and HR Required: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field Minimum 8 years of experience in recruitment and HR generalist role, ideally within financial services Strong knowledge in labour and employment laws in Asia Experience working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese, both written and verbally (Mandarin).
