Responsibilities:
Maintain proper statutory records for Bank’s subsidiaries
Prepare and file statutory returns for Bank’s subsidiaries according to Hong Kong Companies Ordinance and Securities and Futures Ordinance requirements
Organize and arrange board and shareholders meetings for Bank’s subsidiaries
Prepare board and shareholders resolutions and minutes for Bank’s subsidiaries
Handle administrative and accounting tasks
Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements:
Degree holder in Accounting, Business, Translation or related disciplines
Member of HKCGI/CGI would be an advantage
Minimum 5 years of experience in company secretarial service, with exposure from Banking sector or Financial Institutions is preferred
Independent, self-motivated and well-organized
Attentive to details and able to work to a very high standard under pressure and to deadlines
Good communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
Proficient in MS Office, and Chinese word processing
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)
Candidates with less experience would be considered as Deputy Accounting Manager
