Job Responsibilities Check and Approve Clients' requests for core business.
Check and Approve Sales Invoices in terms of revenue and margin and if any missing items in the front-end system (Oscar).
Responsible for manual invoices including any coordination within internal and external parties.
Liaise with internal parties up to Country Head level in resolving complicated cases.
Perform regular reviews on current policies, processes and make necessary adjustments or enhancements to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
Monitoring outstanding payments and following up with clients for collections.
Maintaining detailed records of transactions and payment histories.
Support any ad-hoc assignments assigned.
Requirements Bachelor's degree holder, preferably in accounting, finance, business, legal or related disciplines Minimum 5 years' relevant experience in analyzing profitability and complex sales invoices.
Preferably from a sizable organization and experience in the travel or service industry is a plus.
Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese.
Proficiency of Microsoft Word and Excel Time Management skills are necessary for this role due to high demand and volume of transactions to be handled.
Basic legal knowledge and understanding of general company law, agreements.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical & problem-solving skills Able to maintain the balance between flexibility and persistence in the policies when facing resistance.
Self-motivated, able to work independently and under pressure with good team spirit.
Willing to take challenges and initiations on changes to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
