Position Summary Hex Trust is seeking a motivated and ambitious graduate or early-career professional to join our team as a Strategy & Transformation Analyst. In this role, you will work directly with the Chief Operating Officer (COO), contributing to high-impact projects that drive Hex Trust’s strategic objectives and operational excellence. Duties & Responsibilities Partner with the Chief Operating Officer to design, execute, and manage end-to-end strategy and transformation projects. Conduct research and analysis to identify challenges, uncover opportunities, and develop actionable recommendations. Translate complex internal and external data into clear, impactful insights that drive informed decision-making. Create and deliver compelling presentations to communicate findings and strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop detailed implementation plans and support the successful execution of initiatives. Monitor business outcomes, track key performance metrics, and continuously identify areas for improvement.
