You will be responsible to manage daily branch operation, leading a team to identify customers' needs, provide retail banking products and achieve the sales target.

Responsibilities Manage daily operation and provide back-up support in medium size branch office Lead and monitor the standard of service of staff to ensure professional customer service Ensure the team to meet retail banking sales target by delivering different banking service Requirement Bachelor degree or above in Business Administration or a related discipline Minimum 8 years retail banking experience of which at least 3 years at supervisory level Qualifications of HKSI, IIQE Good communication skills, interpersonal skills and people management skills.
