A typical day in this Role: System Support: Manage user change requests and provide daily support for financial applications and office automation systems, ensuring smooth operations. Finance Transformation: Contribute to finance transformation initiatives and streamline projects, driving efficiency and innovation. Project Management: Oversee project schedules, gather and analyze user requirements, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions. Quality Assurance: Participate in system tests and user acceptance tests, monitoring the quality of system specifications and deliverables. Continuous Improvement: Engage in ad-hoc assignments, contributing to the ongoing enhancement of financial systems and processes. This job is a good fit for You if: You are an INQUIRER. Success will depend on: Academic background in Information Security, Finance or related disciplines. Hands-on experience in Project Delivery, Requirement Analysis, System Implementation and Support. Familiar with financial accounting, consolidation, budgeting and reporting systems (e.g., Hyperion) is valued. Experience with SAP, Oracle, or other low-code application technologies is a plus. Strong data analysis and problem-solving abilities, with a creative approach to finding solutions for complex business challenges. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Cantonese, English and Mandarin. Self-motivated individuals who excel at multi-tasking and can work independently in a fast-paced environment. A good team player with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to go the extra mile as a key IT partner of Finance.
