Team The candidate will be based in Hong Kong reporting locally to the Head of Asia Controllers. Role This new role will support Jefferies' expansion initiatives in the region, focusing on the implementation and integration of finance systems. The candidate should assess current and future needs, identify challenges, and propose solutions. A strong understanding of accounting is essential to bridge policy and practical system implementation, with a hands-on approach to ownership. The role will also involve supporting existing business operations. Key Responsibilities Prepare project materials and presentations. Demonstrate system knowledge, including prior experience and learning new systems. Develop project plans within controllers. Contribute to new business initiatives. Prepare UAT plans and scenarios to meet controllers' needs, coordinating with stakeholders. Maintain communication with key stakeholders across departments and project management. Escalate concerns and issues promptly. Additional responsibilities include process/system enhancements to facilitate automation, supporting existing functions, and ad hoc management reporting.
