The ideal candidate will deliver scalable, tailored platform solutions to support business growth and risk management. Responsibilities Prepare user stories, analyze workflows, and provide recommendations for process improvements and system upgrades. Work closely with internal technology teams and vendor consultants to develop suitable system and process solutions. Oversee all aspects of the project, from feasibility studies and requirement documentation to UAT management (including test script preparation), user change management, and implementation support. Assess project outcomes after implementation and address any production issues in collaboration with stakeholders. Address and resolve conflicts regarding resources and stakeholder expectations, escalating issues when necessary. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, IT, or a related field.5-8 years of project management experience in the banking or financial sector. Solid understanding of deposits, loans, balance sheet management, and credit risk management. Proven project management and stakeholder management abilities. Strong analytical and influencing skills with a solution-focused mindset. Adaptable and experimental approach to problem-solving. Excellent interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships and managing stakeholders effectively. Experience with Agile methodologies, Design Thinking, or User-Centered Design is advantageous. Mature, self-motivated, and proactive with a strong passion for excellence.
