The successful candidate will be responsible for various operational tasks that enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our processes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIESBudget Request Application: Ensure all required documents are provided by Budget Request initiators for verification. Budget Request Record Management: Maintain and update the record in spreadsheets, ensuring accurate tracking of all relevant information. Log key milestones for business cases, including receipt from stakeholders, completion of all required documents, management signatures, submission to Finance for review, and return of finalized documents. Approval Coordination: Prepare and ensure the approval documents are complete for Finance’s review. Manage the document sign off process by coordinating with approvers to ensure all necessary approvals are obtained promptly. Assist in AOP budgeting process and rolling forecast: Support financial data collection and integrity, and prepare presentation slides as needed. Project Unit Maintenance: Administer the Project Unit within the Oracle system, ensuring accurate data entry and updates for all relevant projects. Team Support and Ad Hoc Tasks: Provide general support to the Business Planning team and execute ad hoc tasks assigned by management to support business objectives and initiatives. QUALIFICATIONSDiploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Admin or related disciplines is a plus. Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role or administrative position is a must. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively. High level of accuracy and attention to detail in document handling and data entry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of interacting with various stakeholders. Familiarity with Oracle or similar project management systems is a plus; proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, Power Point).
