Job Duties Manage a team of business analysts to support project development, testing, and implementation. Liaise with internal and/or external project teams to support project implementation and problem resolution to ensure smooth delivery of the projects. Participate in the whole system development life cycle, from gathering requirements, system design and analysis, development, testing, implementation, documentation to maintenance. Drive and lead business solution design to align business, operational, security, and regulatory requirements. Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve reported system issues. Job Requirements Degree holder in Computer Science / Business Administration or related disciplines. A minimum of 3 years’ experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Good experience in the life insurance industry, familiar with policy administration processes is preferable. Good knowledge of insurance operations/procedures is preferable. Able to work in a dynamic environment and multi-task. Good in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua. Good team player and willing to learn. More experienced candidates will be considered as Team Lead.
