About The Opportunity
As a Business Development Manager within our sales team, you'll be at the forefront of our bold mission to bring major multinational brands into the FCM family. You’ll help them discover smarter, simpler ways to manage travel with FCM with our winning solutions.

What You Will Do
Smash your monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
Build and execute strategic sales plans to land major multinational clients
Lead the end-to-end sales journey — from outreach, relationship nurturing to deal closure
Be the ambassador of FCM in client conversations, meetings, and negotiations with senior decision-makers
Deliver standout presentations
Collaborate cross-functionally with Bid Management, Account Management, and internal SMEs to win deals and set clients up for success
Utilising Salesforce to drive insights to improve performance
Report and forecast accurately, and stay close to market trends and opportunities
Who We're Looking For
8+ years of proven success in B2 B sales or business development
A relationship builder who connects authentically with all levels from C-suite executives, procurement teams and travel managers
Excellent communication skills in English. A second Asian language is advantageous (e.g. Cantonese, Mandarin etc)
Experienced in presentations & product demonstrations in a confident & engaging manner.
Strategic thinker with a commercial mindset and sharp financial acumen
Salesforce-savvy and solid Microsoft Office skills
Self motivated, curious, and hungry to grow their skillset
Travel industry experience? Great! (But if not, no worries — we can teach that!)
