To support our business growth, we are looking for an energetic and self-motivated candidate to join our Hong Kong team. Position Responsibilities: Achieve sales revenue and market share targets for assigned products by promoting, selling, and servicing ICU Medical products in the designated territory. Manage overall sales forecast and diagnosis management in the area. Oversee specific projects such as business growth for key product groups like infusion systems under direct operation. Review and analyze market and sales data to inform sales strategies. Provide product and therapy technical support (subject to team requests) to existing, potential, and competitive customers. Coordinate sales and marketing activities to maximize revenue. Prepare quotations, tenders, and other customer-related paperwork. Collaborate with Supply Chain and Finance teams to improve business processes. Perform additional duties aligned with company business requirements. Minimum Qualifications, Skills, and Competencies: Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or related disciplines (preferably biotechnology or biomedical engineering majors). At least 5 years of relevant experience in medical devices or consumables is preferable. Proficiency in both written and spoken Cantonese and English is essential. Technical Knowledge and Skills: Background in medical-related areas or related product knowledge. Abilities: Proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented. Ability to establish and maintain positive relationships with clients. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Office software (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point). Willingness to work outside normal office hours for surgery support. Flexible and adaptable to change. Ability to work in a matrix organization. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Manage or participate in projects under regional managers' guidance.
