About the role This is an exciting opportunity to join CTAS Aviation Services Limited as a Business Development Manager - Commercial.
In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving new business growth and expanding the company's commercial client base within the Airport Area Islands District.
You will play a key strategic role in shaping the commercial direction of the organization and identifying new revenue streams.
Job Descriptions: Developing and implementing effective sales and marketing strategies to identify, pursue and win new commercial clients Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in the commercial aviation industry Generating new business opportunities through prospecting, networking and responding to tenders and requests for proposals Preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations and proposals to secure new business Collaborating cross-functionally with the operations, finance and delivery teams to ensure successful onboarding and retention of new clients Monitoring market trends, competitor activity and customer requirements to identify new areas for growth Reporting on sales performance and pipeline to the senior management team Job Requirements:3 years of relevant experience are preferable Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field such as business, marketing or aviation management Proven track record of success in new business development, sales or account management within the commercial aviation or related industry Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to influence and persuade at all levels Strong commercial acumen and financial literacy to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions Proven ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment Exceptional networking and relationship-building skills Apply now to become our next Business Development Manager - Commercial and be a part of our continued growth and expansion.
