They are seeking a detail-oriented Business Manager to support the front-line Global Markets team. This role is essential in facilitating operations and ensuring smooth coordination across various functions. Job Responsibilities: Manage approvals, regulatory compliance, and operational tasks to streamline processes within the Global Markets team. Set up meetings, compile necessary documents, and remind team members of critical deadlines and tasks. Work with diverse product lines including Fixed Income, Foreign Exchange (FX), and REPO, ensuring alignment with local and group operations. Collaborate with regional and global counterparts to ensure effective communication and execution of business strategies. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field.5+ years of experience in business management or support roles within financial markets. Strong understanding of fixed income products, FX, and REPO operations. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills. Proficient in English, with strong communication skills to liaise with regional and global teams. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
