Corporate Finance - TMT Sector Team Director / Executive Director

Actively involved in marketing and origination of the sector’s transitions
Provide advice on transactions regarding valuation, structuring, financial modelling, regulatory and other business aspects
Lead and manage the whole transaction process with the execution team
Develop and maintain relations with external business parties, shareholders, investors, and service providers
Lead the team to achieve business targets

Requirements

Bachelor's degree holder in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or related fields preferred
Minimum of 7 years’ experience in investment banking and familiar with equity-linked, bond-linked, and M&A businesses
Strong communication skills with industry experts and customers network
Demonstrate proven experience in IPO executions with a high level of motivation and commitment to deliver
Familiar with relevant regulators
Proficient in English and Chinese (Mandarin) is necessary, Chinese writing skill preferred
