Our client is a one of the biggest fintech play and actively hiring a CEO for the overall business operation and management of wealth management and fintech business in Hong Kong.
The role will lead the establishment of an overseas business platform from scratch (0-1), formulate and execute the company's strategic goals, and achieve rapid business expansion and profit growth.
Key responsibility: Strategic Planning and Execution: Develop the development strategy and annual business plan for newly established business Hong Kong operations, ensuring alignment with the group's overall strategy.
Drive the implementation of strategic goals, monitor business progress, and adjust strategies in a timely manner to adapt to market changes.
Be responsible for building the overseas platform (SFC 1, 4, 9 ) in Hong Kong from the ground up, including organizational structure design, team building, and talent cultivation.
Establish an effective management system and work processes to enhance team execution and operational efficiency.
Deeply understand the local and cross-border wealth management and asset management in Hong Kong, identify business opportunities, and formulate targeted marketing strategies.
Establish and maintain relationships with key partners such as local insurance institutions, financial institutions, and regulatory authorities in Hong Kong to promote business cooperation and innovation.
Financial Management and Risk Control - Have a clear financial management mindset, be responsible for the company's financial planning and budget management to ensure business profitability and financial health.
Establish a sound risk management system to identify, assess, and control various risks, ensuring the company's compliance with regulations.
Work Experience At least 10 years of experience in the insurance industry, including at least 5 years of senior management experience.
Experience in building an insurance business platform from scratch (0-1) is preferred.
