Join to apply for the Channel Account Manager role at Barco Entertainment - Immersive Experiences.
Manage and be the main point of contact (SPOC) for existing or new Distribution partners within the defined Region.
Review the Channel landscape continuously and suggest adjustments to management when necessary.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with selected distribution partners to maximize Barco's market reach and presence.
Manage the performance of distribution accounts through annual business plans, quarterly targets, overall business reviews, and marketing plan execution.
Oversee the development and implementation of marketing and sales programs to facilitate growth and profitability, collaborating with Channel Marketing.
Provide and achieve consolidated sales forecasts from Partners' Regions monthly, following Barco's financial forecasting methodology.
Market the company to ensure positive exposure and enhance brand image in the region.
Ensure all Channel sales staff are trained, managed, and rewarded to maximize performance and support the local reseller network.
Identify and develop reseller partners with Distribution partners to expand trading breadth and sales.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or master’s Degree in business, economics, marketing, engineering, or equivalent experience.
5-8 years of experience in indirect channel sales, market/business development, or related fields in the IT industry.
Proven success in prospecting, building pipelines, and managing opportunities through the sales cycle.
Experience collaborating with Channel Marketing to increase adoption of sales and marketing methodologies.
