Identify potential compliance risks and collaborate with relevant teams to implement mitigation strategies;3、Have business-oritented mindsets while ensuring compliance risk appetite is aligned throughout the full operational cycle with different partners;4、Formulate a top-down view on channel partner related compliance issues and come up with good compliance solutions;5、Oversee requirements of channel partners such as banks and payment institutions, extract our compliance obligations, work with compliance officers, compliance operations and strategy teams to convert them into channel and product rules, and ensure effective implementation. Key Skills:1、Understand the regulatory requirements of at least one regulatory agency for the payment industry.2、Be familiar with financial crime requirements in working with payment channel partners.3、Strong knowledge of compliance requirements for B2 B cross-border payment landscape.4、3-5 years of experience in Anti Money Laundering, compliance assurance and audit, internal control and operational risk.5、Ability to prioritise effectively and call-out what are the key areas of improvement and implementation required from a compliance point of view6、Willing to travel for partner due diligence, reviews, or other business needs.7、Lead large scale compliance project at the company level is a plus.
