Job Description Full time kitchen staff6 working days per week MPF provided Bonus if reach monthly targets Working hours: 2 different shifts to choose from:1) Shift option 1: Daily shift from 10:30am to 8:30pm2) Shift option 2: Daily shift from 11:30am to 9:30pm Statutory annual leave days per year + statutory bank holidays Must have valid working visa/HKID.
Roles and responsibilities Basic food preparation (wash, cut and marinate meat & vegetables, prepare ingredients, sauce...)Prepare/ set up final dishes for customer Cleaning of kitchen & dishes Check and manage stock of ingredients + order when needed Qualifications and Skills Ideally the candidate has had previous experience working in a kitchen, but this is not a necessity.
Most important of all the candidate must be hardworking, eager to learn, trustworthy, have a passion for cooking and for service and able to work independently.
