Our diverse and high-performing team comprises Medical and Nursing Care Professionals, Rehabilitation Specialists, Hospitality Professionals, Asset Management and Investment Professionals and more. Responsibilities Assist supervisor to monitor and develop the service provision and concierge services in senior housing Conduct assessments, individual care plans, counseling and support services to residents and caregivers Organize and coordinate psychosocial activities and events to promote a fulfilling retirement lifestyle for residents Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals and liaise with community partners for service delivery Handle inquiries and complaints from residents and families, and resolve issues effectively Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor Requirements Higher Diploma or above in Social Work and registered under the Social Workers Registration Ordinance as Registered Social Worker Minimum 1 year working experience in health care & elderly industry in NGOs or related sector Strong supervisory skills, enthusiastic about the job and strong career mind Good command of written and spoken Chinese and English Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Power Point Shift duties on weekends will be assigned on a need basis Please apply with full resume and expected salary to: hr10@chevalier.com (Please include the job title and reference number "VML/SRO" in the subject line).
