Chubb Life : Senior Manager, IT Portfolio and Finance Management This position will ensure the project delivers according to the agreed scope, time, and cost. He / She will lead, coach, and support the team, including business and vendors on the timeline communication with stakeholders on project progress, status, issues, and requesting support / escalate at the right time. Job Responsibilities Document and align project scope with stakeholders, develop project plan, business case, resources, plan and project budget for approval by relevant sponsor. Ensure project risks, change management plan, and mitigations are captured and communicated effectively. Establish, lead and motivate the project team to carry out all the project tasks and deliverables according to the agreed timeline and cost estimation. Define project Charter with clear R&R for the relevant project teams and stakeholders. Support the Director of IT Portfolio & Finance Management to plan and track the overall project finance, and resource of related IT projects across business lines, including the cost / resource balance external consultant, on-shore, and off-shore resources. Job Requirements University graduate, preferably in Business, Finance, IT or related disciplines. With over 7 years solid experience in managing / consulting in large scale projects. Broad knowledge of financial services &/or insurance industry desirable. Excellent understanding of project management control procedures. Professional Project Management Qualification preferred.
