Citi Finance is responsible for the firm’s financial management and related controls. We manage and partner on key Citi initiatives and deliverables, such as our quarterly earnings process and ensuring Citi’s compliance with financial rules and regulations. The team comprises chief financial officers who partner with each of our businesses and disciplines including controllers, financial planning and analysis, strategy, investor relations, tax and treasury.
We’re currently looking for a high caliber professional to join our team as Senior Vice President, Commercial Bank Finance Senior Lead Analyst - Hybrid (FP&A Senior Lead Analyst) based in Hong Kong. In this role, you’re expected to:

Develop deep knowledge of business products and financials to support Business and Finance objectives
Oversee financial reporting and delivery of reporting and analysis to Business and Finance representatives
Oversee financial forecasting and explanation of financial forecasts for Asia clusters
Advise on strategy with respect to financials, and provide guidance on significant business/product decisions
Produce ad hoc financial analytics and manage small projects as needed
Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and senior management to influence behavior and decision making

As a successful candidate, you’d ideally have the following skills and exposure:

Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience
Broad-based finance experience, especially (but not limited to) Financial Planning & Analysis
Experience directly supporting demanding clients
Experience with institutional banking products – which might be core banking products like transaction services, lending, or investment banking, markets
Ability to understand and interact with data systems, from an accounting/operations perspective and an analytical one
Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills, and presentation skills
