Position Overview:
The Client Onboarding Specialist is responsible for providing a smooth and efficient onboarding experience for new OSL clients. You will conduct thorough customer due diligence, maintain accurate documentation to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) regulations, assist the Business, guide New Clients through account setup, and train them on OSL's platform and tools to ensure they understand OSL's services.
Responsibilities:

Perform and review due diligence on individual, corporate, and institutional clients, including data collection, checking, validation, and verification.
Organize a high volume of case documentation, such as sources of funds and incorporation documents.
Collaborate with sales and traders to ensure efficient and customer-friendly onboarding.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements (AML/KYC/CTF).
Handle administrative and reporting tasks for regulatory compliance and audits.
Promote paperless account opening to enhance customer centricity and compliance agility.

Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience in client onboarding within financial institutions.
Experience with institutional or high-net-worth clients is preferred.
Strong knowledge of AML & CTF regulations.
Interest in digital asset industry careers.
Positive attitude and ability to multitask in a competitive environment.
Experience with digital identification methods, e.g., video ID and compliance screening tools.
Knowledge of contactless, digital ID methods, e.g., e-signature.
Proficiency in English and Chinese (written and verbal).
