Job Responsibilities:· Provide account servicing to clients, addressing any inquiries, issues, or concerns in a timely manner.· Manage the contract renewal process for existing clients, ensuring timely and accurate completion.· Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure their continued satisfaction and loyalty.· Identify opportunities for account growth and upselling, collaborating with the Client Service Lead to develop strategies.· Track and report on account activities, renewal status, and client feedback.· Collaborate with other departments, such as Customer Support and Finance, to ensure a seamless client experience.· Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and pipeline management in the CRM system.
