Responsibilities: Provide consultancy and support to Sales for contract closure. Interface with both the generalists and specialists in the sales and delivery teams. Prepare price, cost calculation, and financial justification for customized solutions. Execute quick technical feasibility and proposal development for moving identified workloads to new cloud platforms to capture customers' requirements and needs. Drive the quality of the onboarding plan and ensure plan execution is met. Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned by supervisors. Job Requirements: Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline. Minimum 3 years pre-sales support experience in the IT/ICT industry. Deep technical experience in one or more of the following areas: Virtualization, Storage, Windows, Linux, IP Networking, IT Security. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills. Good command of spoken and written English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
