What You'll Do: Lead Business Development Strategy: Formulate and drive commercial strategies aligned with the group's vision and growth priorities, partnering with key stakeholders across regions to ensure seamless execution. Performance & Market Insights: Analyse sales trends, financial data, and market intelligence to uncover growth opportunities and deliver actionable insights that optimize revenue and profitability. Omnichannel Expansion: Develop and enhance omnichannel strategies by integrating physical retail and digital platforms to maximize customer reach and sales performance. Promotional Strategy Management: Oversee national promotional initiatives, track campaign ROI, and continuously refine strategies to improve impact and effectiveness. New Channel & Partnership Development: Identify cross-regional growth opportunities, explore innovative retail formats, and cultivate strategic partnerships to drive commercial success. Sales Enablement: Design and manage tailored incentive programs that inspire and energize sales teams to achieve ambitious business targets. What We're Looking For: Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related disciplines. At least 12 years of commercial planning and strategic management experience in the retail sector, with solid exposure to the China market. Proven track record in business development, sales strategy, and campaign leadership. Strong financial and analytical capabilities to support data-driven decision-making. Hands-on experience with e-commerce, digital platforms, and omnichannel growth strategies. Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Fluent in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. Willing to travel frequently to China and oversee cross-border teams.
