Develop engaging and easy-to-understand financial content based on different segmentation of customers, empower users to invest smartly leveraging investment instruments and tools available on Futubull. Conduct research to understand users’ in-app behavior, needs and pain points in trading, and content preferences, continuously improving user experience. Responsible for campaign performance and content effectiveness analysis, monitor and benchmark competitors’ content marketing activities. Identify high-quality UGC and amplify its visibility. Establish and nurture relationships with KOL and KOC to ensure their continued engagement within the community. Coordinate with Growth and Marketing teams to accomplish ad-hoc tasks when needed, for achieving broader marketing and business objectives. Proactively explore business growth opportunities, generate ideas and share with the team. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Marketing, or related fields Min. 3 years’ relevant experience in Financial Service industry, preferable Fin Tech, Securities Trading or Crypto. Deep understanding of Hong Kong and U. S. stock markets, with good knowledge of various investment vehicles (e.g., options and other derivatives); practical trading experience is preferred. Hands-on experience in content development and campaign implementation. Strong awareness of industry trends, including financial market news, investment trends, investor behavior and psychology, etc. Internet-savvy, good storyteller with data analysis and project management skills. Detail-oriented, good at interpersonal communication, an energetic and fun team player. Proficiency in English and Cantonese, moderate to fluent in Mandarin. Familiarity with Futubull (富途牛牛) is a plus.
