In this position, you will play a crucial role in boosting AIAHK's corporate reputation and brand preference through strategic community initiatives and programs.
You will be responsible for effectively communicating with various groups, including customers, employees, agents, business partners, and the wider community.
Roles and Responsibilities: Lead and manage the execution of Community activities to reinforce AIA's leading position.
Plan, formulate, and implement a yearly plan and integrated communications for all community programs (e.g., AIA Foundation) to reinforce its mission of investing in and nurturing future generations for human capital.
Supervise and manage the budget for all community programs.
Devise and manage integrated communications for sponsorship activities to underpin AIA's brand promise and increase relevancy.
Collaborate closely with team members and external partners to implement successful corporate communication strategies.
Minimum Job Requirements: University graduate with a degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or related fields.
Minimum 10 years of experience in Corporate Communications and CSR, preferably with exposure in the banking or insurance industry.
Good writing skills with commercial sense and strong language capabilities in Chinese and English.
Outstanding editing and proofreading abilities.
Strong presentation skills to all levels, including senior management.
Cultural humility and the ability to collaborate with a wide range of individuals, both inside and outside the organization.
Strong leadership, including staff mentor skills.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
Ability to effectively operate within diverse and cross-functional groups, including external vendors.
Time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, Power Point, Excel, and coordinated marketing tools.
