Your new role Handling research and conflict clearance Maintaining the Watch and Restricted Lists and implementing restrictions pursuant to applicable laws, rules, regulations and codes Work closely with the Compliance team members to implement policies and procedures in relation to personal trading, conflicts of interest, and information barriers Checking on the restrictions and corresponding permissible activities, providing advice to Research, Sales and Trading and other businesses Deliver trainings on Control Room Compliance What you'll need to succeed Years of experience in control room, or regulatory compliance Familiar with relevant rules and regulations, such as Hong Kong Takeovers Code, SFC Code of Conduct, Listing Rules, SFO, etc. Excellent command of English, Cantonese, and Mandarin Bachelor's Degree holder What you'll get in return Excellent exposure Competitive package Prime office environment and location What you need to do now If you're interested in this role, click 'apply now' to forward an up-to-date copy of your CV to hazel.lo@hays.com.hk.
