Duties & Responsibilities Providing support to Corporate group Assisting lawyers in IPO projects which includes conducting verification on prospectuses and preparing documents for submission to the Stock Exchange Preparing legal documents and due diligence reports Conducting legal research and providing legal analysis Assisting in a wide range of corporate transactions Translating documents from English to Chinese, and vice versa Skills and Attributes At least 2 years of prior experience in Corporate Finance, IPO and law firm experience are essential Proficient with MS Office applications Well-organized, able to work independently and meet tight deadlines Good interpersonal and communication skills Mature personality and a good team player Willing for business travel Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin, both spoken and written Prior experience in a reputable law firm would be a bonus Seniority level Entry level Employment type Full-time Job function Legal Industries Law Practice
