Responsibilities Providing advisory on shoreholding restructure for corporate clients in China.

Developing internal business processes, communication and coordination with external partners.

Keeping track of market changes and policy updates, familiar with the laws, regulations and compliance requirements, ensure all the risk under control.

Helping clients achieve better corporate management, including the use of equity structure, family trust and foundation tools combined with legal and tax requirements.

Requirement: 8-10 years' experience in renowned investment bank, with cross-border project experience (IPO/M&A/DCM).

Strong external and internal communication skills, coordination, and project management capabilities Native in Mandarin, fluent in English
