Culture & Staff Engagement Manager - Human Resources (Job ID 4210)ResponsibilitiesPrepare annual budgets and related expenses reports of all staff relations and staff engagement programmes.Plan and conduct staff communications in relation to all staff relations and staff engagement programmes.Work with team members in handling staff’s enquiries regarding staff relations and staff engagement programmes.Act as the Primary Designated Complaint Officer of Human Resources Department to escalate/handle customer complaints (to staff) as when appropriate.Work with Staff Relations team in promoting employer brand and staff engagement via :-Plan, drive and supervise execution of various initiatives to promote the Bank’s culture, VMV, staff engagement/staff relations/CSR, with positive impact within the Bank and the community. Design and lead the Bank's engagement, wellness, CSR and staff relations programmes, and foster continuous innovation in programme design to drive staff engagement and positive staff experience.Responsible to administer all programmes, such as Sports & Recreational, Volunteer, Staff Recognitions, Staff Privileges, Employee Assistance and other staff health/caring programmes, in a quality and efficient manner and ensure the programmes are well-received by the staff within the Bank.Develop innovative communication channels and structure that foster effective staff communications for the Bank's culture and staff engagement activities.Support ad-hoc or special projects in relation to staff engagement and staff relations as requiredparticipate in ad hoc staff engagement and human resources projects.Assist in organising bank-wide employee survey and support necessary follow up actions and analytics on the survey results.Performs other duties as assigned by the supervisor.RequirementsUniversity graduate, preferably in Human Resources Management or related discipline.Minimum of 8 years’ experience in human resources management, with at least 3 years in HR business partnering, talent management, staff relations, staff engagement and/or culture building.Ability to build trust and rapport with different stakeholders in the Bank.A self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal, communication, presentation and writing skills.Good planning, innovation, organising, analytical, project management and collaboration.PC literate with good knowledge of MS Office.Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese; fluency in Putonghua an advantage.Excellent communication and presentation skills in both English and Cantonese.
