Over 20 years’ development, SIHL has become a conglomerate company with four core businesses: infrastructure and environmental protection (including toll roads/bridge, and environmental protection related business such as sewage treatment and solid waste treatment business), real estate, consumer products (including Nanyang Tobacco and Wing Fat Printing) and Big Health. The Position Handle loan financing including drawdown, repayment, loan rollover and liaise with local and overseas banks. Compile regular reports on liquidity risk indicators and ensure that treasury activities operate within established controls. Assist in formulating yearly and periodic review on investment plan and ensure investment transactions adhere to the plan and regulatory requirements. Responsible for preparing fundamental analysis, valuation report, industry analysis, and other in-depth investment analysis on individual stocks Other ad hoc assignments. Job Requirements Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, or related disciplines. Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) Level 1/2 is preferred. Minimum 3 years’ working experience, preferably in financial institutions. Familiar with Bloomberg, equity markets and business models of different sectors. Fluent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
